Manage your subscription

If you see the message "Changes to the membership are managed outside the platform" in your account, follow the steps below to cancel or update your subscription.

You'll receive a sign-in email from Lemon Squeezy (not Tana Studio) — please check your spam folder if you don't see it within a minute. The sign-in link expires in 60 minutes.

Click the button below Opens the Tana Studio billing portal, powered by Lemon Squeezy

Enter your email & check your inbox Use the same email you signed up with. A Sign in to Lemon Squeezy email will arrive — click the button inside to log in. The link is valid for 60 minutes.

Find your active subscription Once logged in, you'll see Tana Studio Monthly Membership listed under Subscriptions

Click the  ⋯  three-dot menu It's in the top-right corner of your subscription card. Select Cancel from the dropdown that appears.

Confirm the cancellation A confirmation box will appear. Click Cancel subscription to confirm. You'll retain full access until the end of your current billing period.
